Orders

Screens are solely created on demand.

Orders are accepted in written form only (post, fax, e-mail). The customers are obliged to present their contact and invoice information (for a trouble free communication), type of screens preferred (e.g. jigsaw A-B-B-A), catalogue number of the motive chosen and its colour specifications in the order. The contractor then creates and sends back a study of shape and size by an e-mail, which is also a binding confirmation letter for creation of the product. In case different requirements are specified, the customer is obliged to pay for the workmanship on an individual project (in which the customer’s idea of shape, size, material used, colour scheme, the drawn motive and the individual price is set) in advance.

The price of the jigsaw type are final. The prices of the made-to-measure and gold screens are calculated individually. The contractor reserves the right to change the plausible price due to usage of compensatory material and the possible rise of price on the input materials. In that case the customer would be informed in timely manner.

Settlement – after all requirements are cleared up and the study accepted the submitter makes out an invoice worth 60% of the screen’s price, which has to be paid to the seventh day after signing the contract. The customer gets the final invoice (tax document) with the delivery of the screen. The matured claim is to be paid in ten days after the delivery. The date in which the correspondent sum arrives into the contractor’s account is the day of payment. The invoice is the property of the contractor until the completion of the payment.

The terms of delivery depend on the character of the works – 6 to 12 weeks. The work on the project starts after receiving the advance payment and confirming the study of shape and size. The date of delivery is specified after an agreement with the customer.

Conveyance is not included in the price. There is a possibility of sending the screen through a courier company for a set date. Transportation expenses are paid by the submitter. A final version of the screen does not require an installation. In case, the customer specifies a need for it, or the screen’s shape requires additional installation, it’s difficultness would be included in the conveyance part of the final invoice.

Cancellation of an order is accepted only in written form. The customer can take their order back (cancel) up to 48 hours since paying the invoice. This can be done through an e-mail, using the word “STORNO”. In case the order is not cancelled within the 48 hours after paying the invoice, the contractor would only accept the cancellation after a previous agreement with the customer, which is not predefinely commited by any means.
